Applications: To produce florentines, almond slices, nut biscuits.

Directions: 2 parts Bee Sting mix
1 part nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, coconuts)
For Bee Sting topping, spread the almonds over the dough, and sieve the Bee Sting Mix on top. For florentines, combine the ingredients and bake in rings in a 200 degrees C/ 392 degrees F oven.
Guideline: lower oven temperature to 325ºF/ 163C and bake to golden brown to avoid bubbles in the finished product for cookies or ice cream cups.
