Storage Conditions: Frozen
Ingredients: Unbleached enriched wheat flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic aid, malted barley flour), water, salt, yeast.
Applications: As a table bread, for sandwiches.

Directions: Bread must be thawed before baking.
Thawing: 15 minutes
Oven Baking: 385˚F/ 196˚C for 4-6 minutes. Convection oven preferred. With other ovens carefully monitor baking time.
Resting: 20 minutes. Best served at room temperature.
