Applications: To flavor yeast doughs, short and sweet pastry doughs, pound cakes, stollen, heavy cream, light and heavy sponges, choux pastry, buttercreams, coatings, and fillings.
Directions: 3-5 grams per 1 Kg. Add directly to the ingredients at the beginning of mixing to achieve an even distribution of the aroma. Do not exceed the stated dosage.
