Storage Conditions: Frozen
Ingredients: Fruits (mango pieces and puree, passion fruit puree, lime juice), sugar, water, thickener: xanthan gum, thickener: pectin.
Additional Notes: Pasteurized. Defrost under refrigeration. Never re-freeze a defrosted product.

Applications: Macaroon fillings, tart and cake bases, fillings, desserts served in glasses or on plates, cuisine recipes, spreads, fruit crème brûlée, fruit gratins, accompaniment to yoghurt, fromage blanc, marbling ice cream and sorbet, and more...
For some applications (macaroon and cake filling...) it is advisable to add 16 g of gelatine sheets for 1 kg of compotée .
Directions: Defrost between 0-4ºC (32-39ºF) and once opened keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
