Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC)
Ingredients: Sugar, mango, glucose syrup, concentrated fruit and vegetable coloring (apple, pumpkin, carrot), acidity regulators: citric acid, disodium diphosphate, tricalcium phosphate, stabilizers: amidated pectin, locust bean gum, coloring: beta-carotene, flavoring.
Additional Notes: Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat.
Applications: Used to flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, and semifreddo.
