Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC)
Ingredients: Sugar (32%) and/or glucose (15%) and/or glucose/fructose, water, chocolate powder, hydrogenated coconut oil, pectin, potassium sorbate, soy lecithin, vanillin, calcium chloride
Additional Notes: Sugar: 32% Cocoa mass: 59%
Store in a dry place, away from foreign odors and protected from direct sunlight.

Applications: For coating cakes and pastries.
Directions: Heat to 70-80ºC/ 158-176ºF. Stir with a spatula to avoid incorporating air bubbles. Apply glaze at 40-45ºC/ 104-113ºF.
