Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC)
Ingredients: Glucose syrup, sugar, concentrated p[assion fruit juice, water, concentrated orange juice, acidity regulators: citric acid, trisodium diphosphate, tricalcium phosphate, concentrated fruit and vegetable coloring (pumpkin, apple carrot), antioxidant: ascorbic acid, stabilizers: amidated pectin, locust bean gum, flavoring, preservative: potassium metabisulphite.
Additional Notes: Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat.

Applications: Used to flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, and semifreddo.
