Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC)
Ingredients: Roasted Marcona almonds 53%, sugar, honey, glucose-fructose syrup, egg white.
Additional Notes: Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat.
Applications: Used to flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, and semifreddo.

100g of Turron Paste to 1kg (2.2 lb) of
stabilized gelato base, or to taste.
Cream paste into base, mix until dissolved.
Let stand for 10-15 minutes and then process.
