Applications: To flavor yeast doughs, pastry dough, pound cakes, stollen, heavy cream, light and heavy sponge mixes, choux pastry, buttercreams, coatings and fillings.
Directions: 3-5 grams per 1 Kg. Add directly to the ingredients at the beginning of mixing to achieve an even distribution of the aroma.
