Ingredients: Glucose syrup, inverted sugar syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, natural flavorings, ethyl alcohol, modified starch, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, coloring: plant carotenes
Additional Notes: Stir well before each use. Protect from light and heat.
Applications: Used to flavor gelato, ice cream, cakes, mousse, fillings, and semifreddo.
