Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72ºF, 20-22ºC). Substitute directly for skimmed milk powder in the same dosage in any recipe. Dosage guideline: between 2-6% by weight of total recipe, depending on desired texture and need for additional dry matter in the mixture.
